This project converts a long disused shirt factory in the Donegall Road area of inner Belfast into 50 apartments ranging from studios, maisonettes, flats and penthouses. The design demolishes all non-original structures to reveal the main buildings and then celebrates how these are accessed, mostly with bridges and external staircases. A small block of new build competes the design. The project is currently with Belfast City Council planning department.
