    By Bus 

    All City Centre / Princes Street buses pass the Royal Scottish Academy.

     

    By Train

    The Royal Scottish Academy is a few minutes’ walk from Waverley Station. Take the Waverley Bridge exit, and walk the short distance through Princes Street Gardens.

     

    By Tram

    We are right next to the Princes Street tram stop.

     

    By Car

    Follow routes for City Centre and City Centre Attractions. There is no parking at the gallery. Limited accessible car parking is available for Blue Badge holders at the National Galleries of Scotland and must be booked in advance here. 

    There is parking close by, including for blue badge holders. We recommend that you park your car in one of the city's car parks or Park and Ride provisions.

     

    Access

    Stair-free / lift access is at the rear of the building (the South Entrance), opposite the entrance to the National Galleries of Scotland.
