An exhibition featuring three artists, Rowan Dahl, Alan Grieve and Academician Derrick Guild, creating works in response to two of the most important illustrated books ever printed: Albrecht Dürer’s The Apocalypse (1498) and Francisco de Goya’s Los Caprichos (1799). Each artist will reveal a personal response to these timeless masterpieces. A rare complete copy of each book will also be on display as part of this unique exhibition on loan from Blackie House Library & Museum. A newsprint facsimile of each book will be available for reference and to purchase.
