We're pleased to present Lamps Across the River and Delia Baillie: Memory Box in the Academicians' Gallery. These interconnected exhibitions will explore the vibrant artistic community that has flourished along the banks of the River Tay, with a special focus on the late artist and esteemed Academician, Delia Baillie.
Delia Baillie: Memory Box will celebrate the life and career of this remarkable artist, who was a leading figure in the Scottish art scene. Baillie was not only a highly accomplished painter and printmaker, known for her innovative merging of these disciplines, but also a dedicated teacher at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design. This Academicians’ Gallery exhibition will delve into Baillie’s rich artistic legacy, showcasing key works from across her career and exploring the themes and inspirations that shaped her practice.
