The RSA Annual Exhibition is a focal point of the RSA programme and showcases work from RSA Academicians the length and breadth of Scotland. Now in its 192nd year, it continues to provide a platform for contemporary painting, sculpture, film, printmaking, photography and installation, alongside work by some of the country’s leading architects.
This year’s Convenor is Calum Colvin RSA and, in addition to convening the exhibition, he has also invited a number of guest artists to explore the links between poetry and visual art.
The RSA Open Exhibition of Architecture also returns as part of the RSA Annual Exhibition. This exciting exhibition showcases a wide range of contemporary architecture projects selected through online submissions from across Scotland and beyond. This year the works were selected by Richard Murphy RSA, Deputy Convenor.
