New School Award - Senior Award Winner.

The artist: "My art piece was created for my Higher Art Portfolio, I wanted to create art pieces inspired by the interesting shapes and vibrant colours from fruits and vegetables. My biggest strength is drawing still life and using bright vibrant colour to my work. I used watercolour pencils and watercolour paints, this use of mixed media in my work really brings out the joyful and happy atmosphere I had intended. It means a lot to win this award as art is my passion, it is so gratifying to know that other people enjoy my work."
