This year the RSA Open Exhibition will be on again throughout the world famous Edinburgh Festival! Drawing from artists across the whole of Scotland and beyond, this exhibition celebrates the variety of contemporary art practice. Showcasing nearly 400 works annually, it features a wide range of collectible artworks (max. 80cm in any direction) selected through open submission including paintings, drawings, sculptures, prints and photography.

With all works for sale, the RSA Open presents a wonderful opportunity for collectors and first-time buyers. We are part of the Own Art Scheme which provides interest-free credit to any eligible buyers spending between £100-£2500, making it easier than ever to invest in contemporary art.

The RSA Open Exhibition is proud to offer over £3,500 pounds worth of prizes and awards to exhibiting artists in partnership with a range of leading arts organisations and providers across the UK. Click here for the list of awards & this year's winners!
