Studio Facilities
Extensive facilities for traditional and CNC printmaking processes, including:
Etching, screenprinting, relief, letterpress, digital screenmakers, darkroom, digital imaging and CAD, CNC machines, 3D printing, papermaking.

Access: Tues-Thurs 10am-830pm, Fri & Sat 10am-530pm.
Extended access for residency artists on Mon, by appointment

Costs
Session fees from £ 4 per 3.5 hours (covers consumables and general technical troubleshooting from PS team)
Printing Fees: Standard £ 3/ Large format £ 5 per day (includes inks)
Specialist 121 tuition £ 34 per hour

- potential for inclusion in our editions archive
Requirements
DCA Print Studio would welcome anyone wishing to explore print based work within their practice. We can support research-based residencies or time to develop and create a new body of work.
Accommodation offered
Short-term accommodation available in Dundee from £ 70 per night with assistance on locating accommodation. There is a DCA artist’s flat, but this is subject to availability. Booking is limited due to DCA’s exhibitions programme but can be looked at on an individual basis.
Travel
DCA is a five-minute walk from Dundee Train Station and a 15 minute walk from Dundee Bus Station. The nearest car park is immediately outside the building on Greenmarket.

Accessibility
- The Print Studio is accessible by lift from either the front or back entrance or via a flight of stairs, with handrail
- Print Studio is laid out with wide access routes to facilitate wheelchair manoeuvrability and ease for use by people with mobility impairment
- Print Studio also has accessible toilet facilities
- There are two designated disabled parking spaces in the car park at the back of the building
- No parking on double yellow lines outside the front of the building on Nethergate
- There is a taxi rank directly outside the front of the building, with level access up a gentle slope to the entrance.

Insurance
The Artist shall maintain Public Liability Insurance with cover of up to £1,000,000.00 (1 million pounds) for the duration of this Agreement.
