This sketchbook provides insight into the beginnings of some of Redpaths landscape works. Featuring a range of sketches from buildings to trees to hillscapes it provides insight into the breadth of her landscape works.
Another example of Redpath’s sketching process, this book, like many of her others, contains several written notes alongside her sketches. These notes tend to document details of the sketches for future use, often noting the colours of images captured, most likely for use in future paintings.
