Students at ECA were given the special opportunity by lecturer Kenny Hunter RSA to research and study the RSA Collections first-hand. The RSA collection was established almost 200 years ago and contains over 10,000 artworks today. It is a dynamic, growing collection built by artists for artists, and is a Recognised Collection of National Significance to Scotland.

Each student artist was asked to select and respond to an individual work by making their own interpretation of it, either homage, copy, influence or critique.
